Throughout her career, Dafne has participated in three constitutional accusations with outstanding results that became nationally known.
On November 8, the awards ceremony “The Legal 500 Chile Awards 2023” was held, where our senior associate of the Public Law and Regulated Markets group, Dafne Guerra, was recognized as Rising Star of the Year in the Life Sciences category.

About Dafne Guerra
Dafne is a lawyer from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Valparaíso and holds a postgraduate degree in Regulation and Competition from the School of Economics and Business of the Universidad de Chile. She also has a diploma in Actions and Constitutional Litigation from the same university, as well as a Master in Economics, Competition and Regulation from the Barcelona School of Economics.
Since joining our firm in 2016, he has developed an outstanding career in the areas related to life sciences, regulated markets, free competition and public economic law. He currently handles most of the matters related to the pharmaceutical and health sector, advising laboratories and companies on issues of sanitary registrations and marketing of pharmaceutical products of intellectual and industrial property related to the industry.
