AZ leads the Chambers panel on the new approach to criminal advice in the corporate world.
Since the new Economic Crimes Law was published, the Albagli Zaliasnik (AZ) studio began to adapt to adequately respond to the needs of its clients, delivering new actions and training to face the high demand that began to arise in the market in the face of the implementation of this new law considering that next August the one-year deadline for legal entities to adapt their compliance models to the new regulations will expire. This Law Firm will lead the panel on this topic within the framework of the Chambers Forum Chile 2024-Legal Challenges in Chile: Transforming the business scenario.
