More than 330 people gathered at the Second National Arbitration Meeting, where our Litigation group participated.
On May 9, the II National Arbitration Meeting was held, organized by the Arbitration and Mediation Center (CAM), which brought together more than 330 people in the Manquehue Room of the Metropolitan Santiago convention center.
During the day, our partner Ariela Agosin and the directors Francisco Fuentes and Josefa Larraín attended on behalf of az, who shared with authorities from CAM Santiago and the CCS.
The event began with some welcome words from lawyer Ximena Vial Valdivieso (executive director of CAM Santiago) and María Agnes Salah Abusleme (president of the Board of Directors of CAM Santiago).
During the day, the panel “Where the practices of arbitration institutions should evolve in order to innovate and improve the administration of these mechanisms” was held. This space was moderated by the lawyer Juan Pablo Schaeffer Fabres (Counselor of CAM Santiago) and had the participation of Rosa Bueno de Lercari, Dr. Enrique Barros Bourie (Counselor of CAM Santiago) and Marcela Radović Córdova (Counselor of CAM Santiago ).
