Yoab Bitran leads the Compliance Group of our firm.

With 15 years of experience in Compliance, Yoab helps companies of various sizes and industries to design, implement, and improve compliance programs. Yoab and his team strategically advise clients in navigating complex regulatory environments by adopting better global standards, while also building and sustaining ethical corporate cultures.

Yoab is also the Academic Director of the Latin America Compliance Diploma at Thomson Reuters and co-author of the book “Compliance: Why and For What. Keys to Its Management.” Yoab is passionate about promoting ethical leadership and best practices in the region and is a frequent speaker at international conferences and events.
