AZ participated in an important transaction between Brain Food, a Chilean consulting firm, and Artefact, a French firm and global leader.
From az we were part of the acquisition of our client, Brain Food, a Chilean company that provides consulting services specialized in data, AI and analytics, by Artefact, a French firm and leader in the same matters globally.
Brain Food was founded in 2015 and is led by David Albagli and Andrés Oksenberg. Some of the specialized services they offer are related to digital transformation, advanced analytics, data engineering, BI, automation and software factory.
Their team is distributed in several sectors in Latin America and they provide consulting services to more than 16 countries around the world.
The important acquisition by Artefact, a group that operates with more than 1,500 employees in 22 countries around the world, aims to consolidate its leadership in the digital transformation market and double its size in the next three years.
