Albagli Zaliasnik (az) announced the appointment of Ivonne Bueno Moraga as the new director of az Tech, a legal solution focused on detecting and anticipating regulatory risks in the field of technology and innovation.
Ivonne Bueno is a lawyer from the University of Chile, specialized in issues related to personal data protection, fintech, compliance, artificial intelligence (AI) and cybersecurity, among other matters.
With more than 15 years of work experience, Ivonne has supported both public and private organizations, offering personalized and strategic services, as well as innovative solutions focused on results.
Rodrigo Albagli, partner at Albagli Zaliasnik (az), noted that “with this appointment we seek to further strengthen the advice we provide to our clients in the face of the new and complex requirements generated by the digital economy”.
Regarding her new role, Ivonne Bueno said: “As a country, we are currently facing important legal challenges in technological matters, such as the new Personal Data Protection Law and the Cybersecurity Framework Law. Faced with this, it is essential that companies prepare an effective strategy today. From this new role at Albagli Zaliasnik, I will help companies to move forward in that direction.”
In addition to supporting and working in both public and private organizations, she is also founder and president of the Observatorio Ciudadan@ Digital and founding partner/director of the Association of Data Protection Professionals (AGPD).
The expert holds diplomas in Corporate Governance and Compliance (UDD, 2021), Personal Data Protection (PUC, 2022) and Cybersecurity (UDD, 2024). He also holds a Master of Arts in Public Policy from King’s College London and a Master of Law from The University of Edinburgh.
