Albagli Zaliasnik integrates specialists in corporate and tax matters

They are Vicente Martínez and Elisabet Pinto, who join the firm with an outstanding track record in their respective areas of expertise.

Two new additions were recently announced by Albagli Zaliasnik (az). They are Vicente Martínez (Senior Associate) and Elisabet Pinto (Associate).

Vicente Martínez has joined az as a senior associate in the Corporate and Business group. With a solid background in mergers and acquisitions, capital markets and real estate, he has advised clients in various industries, including mining, technology, real estate, agriculture, telecommunications and energy.

His experience covers a wide range of matters, from project development and financing to the representation of local and international clients. Vicente holds a law degree from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and a Master in Laws (LLM) in international business law from Esade Business & Law School in Barcelona, as well as a diploma in Skills & Management for Lawyers from the same institution.

Elisabet Pinto has joined az’s Tax group as an associate. With an extensive background in the field of tax advisory and consulting, she brings her expertise in corporate reorganizations and estate planning. In this regard, her focus on the optimization of corporate structures and estate planning has led her to advise business and family groups, providing them with strategic guidance to meet their objectives.

Elisabet has a law degree from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile and a diploma in Tax Modernization from the Universidad de Chile, as well as studies at the Pre Law Institute of Fordham University.

The professionals join the firm with an outstanding track record in their respective areas of expertise. In addition, their experience and commitment will play a fundamental role in the strengthening and growth of az.
