She has also led multiple processes of business reorganization and family wealth, succession and asset protection, mergers, acquisitions, investment structures and implementation of corporate and tax structures.

Andrea has vast experience in handling complex matters, defenses and dispute resolution before the Internal Revenue Service and tax litigation.

She has successfully represented multinational companies in administrative and judicial proceedings related to tax exemptions and benefits derived from investment projects of national relevance.
