AZ has incorporated two Senior Associates; Camilo Béjar, the new Director of Tax Group and Félix Antolín, who joins to strengthen the firm’s Litigation Group.
Camilo Bejar, has a law degree from Universidad Diego Portales and has a Master’s Degree in Tax Direction and Management from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez (with honors as the second best graduate). He served as Manager of the Transactions Consulting department of EY (formerly Ernst & Young), and his experience is based on the design and implementation of tax structures, as well as the coordination of tax consulting services in the context of mergers, acquisitions, disinvestment, permanent consulting and financing of local and cross-border projects in various industries.
Félix Antolín, has a law degree from Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez, as well as a Traditional LL.M. degree from New York University. He also completed a diploma program in Regional Integration of the Institute of International Studies from the Universidad de Chile and the Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez. In addition, he is a member of the list of Referees of the Court of Appeals of Santiago, a member of the Latin American Association of Arbitration (ALARB) and the College of Lawyers. His performance focuses on the practice of national and international arbitration, civil and commercial litigation as well as economic and natural resources.
