Carlos Lazcano is a member of our firm’s IP, Tech and Data Group.
Carlos focuses on intellectual and industrial property matters, including prosecution, disputes and monitoring of trademarks in our country and abroad, copyrights, domain names, patents, industrial designs, plant varieties, advertising law, data protection, regulatory/pharmaceutical, labeling, unfair competition and consumer protection.
