The IBA Regional Forum was held from March 13 to 15 at The Ritz-Carlton South Beach and SLS South Beach, Miami Beach, USA.
Our partner Álvaro Rosenblut, legal & business director Stephanie Cruz and senior associate Macarena Waidele participated in a new version of the regional forum organized by the International Bar Association (IBA).
During the day they attended conferences on key topics in M&A matters, such as new technologies, investment, ESG with a focus on business and Private Equity among other subjects.
