Javiera Lira is a member of the Corporate and Business Group of our firm.
Javiera has been a member of az since 2024 and focuses her practice in the area of mergers and acquisitions with extensive experience in real estate matters and in the development and financing of projects. She also has experience in matters related to agriculture, hospitality, tourism, technology, insurance and education, among others, in both domestic and international transactions.
PRACTICE AREAS
Javiera has extensive experience in corporate matters with emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, real estate, development and project finance.
She advises clients on day-to-day corporate matters, including all types of contracts, minutes and corporate amendments.
In addition, she has experience in due diligence processes, coordinating the work with various areas, such as labor, tax, regulatory, tax and the subsequent negotiation of purchase and sale.
She has represented local, foreign and multinational clients in different areas. She also has experience in gender equity issues.

Advising on bidding matters related to the energy and food sectors.
Lawyer member of the team in charge of legal reforms such as projects of the Childcare Law, the Child Support Pension Law and the Telematic Monitoring Law, among others.
