Mega Pharma finalized the acquisition of Garden House for an undisclosed ammount.

Mega Pharma is a pharmaceutical company based in Uruguay. The company’s products are market leaders in 20 countries in Latin America.

Garden House S.A. produces pharmaceutical medicines and supplements. The Company manufactures and retails over-the-counter pharmaceuticals developed from extracts of medicinal plants, nutraceuticals, vitamins and minerals. Garden House offers its products to the pharmaceutical retail industry in North, Central and South America.

Albagli Zaliasnik advised Mega Pharma with Rodrigo Albagli (Picture), Álvaro Rosenblut, Jonathan Arendt, Jorge Arredondo and Camilo Bejar.
