César Ramos is 36 years old and attended the Universidad de Chile, where he graduated with maximum distinction, and is currently completing his master’s degree in Business Criminal Law. César has been a member of our Firm since the beginning of 2015 and was previously a lawyer with the Studies and Projects area at the National Public Defender’s Office. In his professional career, he has participated in the creation of defense strategies and technical support involving complex causes and important public interest issues.
