Sebastián Achondo is a member of our firm’s Compliance Group.
Member of az since 2024. Sebastián focuses his practice on compliance, developing and implementing crime prevention models and risk matrices for different industries. He also conducts fraud investigations and due diligence processes in the context of M&A.

She has experience in the creation, adjustment and implementation of compliance programs, as well as in the design and application of crime prevention models and risk matrices in accordance with Law 20.393.
In addition, she has participated in investigations and evaluations of legal, financial and reputational risks for individuals and legal entities in mergers and acquisitions processes.
