Ivonne has an extensive professional background, with more than 15 years advising public and private organizations in different positions. She focuses her practice on technology, personal data protection, fintech, compliance and cybersecurity matters.

Accompanying clients in the implementation of a model for the prevention of personal data breaches with a view to becoming certified under ISO standards.

Diagnostic consultancy on the state of regulatory compliance in personal data protection and cybersecurity.

Advice on the processing of personal data of employees and stakeholders to a Spanish company based in Chile.

Analysis and drafting of contracts and contractual clauses on personal data protection, international data transfer and privacy policies, among others.

Preparation of resolutions for the Transparency Council that applied, among others, regulations of Law 20.285 and Law 19.628, of Protection of Private Life.
