Manuel Sepúlveda is a member of our firm’s Labor Group.

He has been a member of az since 2025. Manuel has focused his professional practice in counseling and litigation of medium and high complexity labor law, highlighting his participation in procedures of complaints for violation of fundamental rights, accidents at work and occupational diseases. He has represented important clients in the financial, retail, educational and construction sectors.

AREAS OF PRACTICE

Labor, Immigration and Labor Litigation. 

He has experience in various aspects of labor law, solving multiple labor problems related to the hiring of workers, dismissal of workers, investigation procedures for harassment, sexual harassment and violence in the workplace, updating of Internal Regulations of Order, Hygiene and Safety, among others.

Likewise, he has represented companies of diverse industries in contentious proceedings, assuming the defense of his clients in cases of undue, unjustified or unfair dismissal, as well as protection for violation of fundamental rights, work accidents, occupational diseases and collective actions filed by various unions.

In the same line, he has participated in multiple proceedings challenging the actions of the Labor Directorate or its respective inspections.

Defense of an important financial institution in a lawsuit for alleged violation of fundamental rights due to discrimination for health condition in the dismissal of the plaintiff.

Counsel to a prestigious educational institution in the procedure for the modification of its RIOHS and defense of the challenges made to it by the union.

Defense of a cleaning company in a work accident case resulting in death in which the employer was being held liable.

Defense of a beauty salon company in multiple cases of declaration of labor relationship.
