Maricarmen Muñoz is a member of our firm’s Energy and Infrastructure group.

Maricarmen has over 14 years of experience advising national and international companies in the energy, mining, and water sectors, with a focus on corporate matters, M&A, corporate governance, compliance, bidding processes, and contracts in regulated markets.

 

Maricarmen has experience completing a secondment at a major U.S. pharmaceutical company, working on both corporate and regulatory matters.

She has worked at prominent law firms and in a company within the electricity sector, where she led strategic advisory services in regulatory and compliance matters, financing, operations, contracts, and reporting to oversight authorities.

Her experience has allowed her to actively participate in the structuring and development of projects, addressing key aspects of mining, water, and energy law.
