During the day there were 4 thematic panels on:
- Impact of AI on intellectual and industrial property in different economic sectors: Advances and challenges in the registration and management of trademarks.
- AI: Catalyst for innovation and challenges in the intellectual property of the future.
- E-Commerce, AI and the new Economic Crimes Law in the fight against piracy: Roles of PDI, BRIDEPI and Customs.
- Ethical and technological challenges in the digital era
The event provided a space to reflect on the challenges and opportunities that AI represents, addressing both its ethical implications and its practical application in national regulation. This fostered a great exchange of ideas among attendees, who discussed high-impact topics in the context of the digital era.
